FAQs

How can I be sure the cremated remains returned to me are those of my pet, and not somebody else’s?

We offer private and group cremations. A private cremation is when your pet is cremated individually with no other pets. Every pet is assigned a one-time use QR Code which tracks your pet through our digitized system in real-time through the entire cremation process. You will receive a cremation certificate with your pet’s name, the date the cremation was completed and the identification number. We have a failsafe pet identification system in place and we guarantee the cremated remains you receive are those of your pet.

A group cremation is where the pet is cremated with other pets whose owners have also chosen group cremation. The cremated remains are then buried in the Memorial Garden in the cemetery.

Do you have urns or containers available for purchase?

We have a complete line of urns to choose from. You can either visit the Keepsakes, Urns & Caskets page of our web site or come to Forrest Run to visit our showroom by appointment.

Can I be present for the cremation process?

Yes you can. Many pet owners request to be present for the cremation process, with advanced scheduling.

How long does the cremation process take?

It depends on the size of your pet. It can take anywhere from 1 to 4 hours.
